  How do I offer readers the option to choose the correct answer from among 3/4 options and have it scored for them?

  For that you’ll need a plugin – either a full learning management system like Sensei, or just a simple quiz plugin. I’m not able to suggest anything specific in the latter category, though – for advice on the best plugins to use for a particular purpose I recommend you ask the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
