Can I open an online book store on css wordpress??

  hi i m new to wordpress.I am going to start an online book store.Can I upgrade to custom design of30$/yr and and use css style sheet for purposes like.

  (a)Store displaying all books
  (b)paypal payment system
  (c)customised form .

  I am searching for cheapest investment so cn i use wordpress??
  Pls provide with some Additional knowledge.I will be grateful.

  Are your referring to books that you are the author of or not?

  No upgrades change the fact that e-commerce isn’t currently possible here at WordPress.com as our free hosted blogs cannot be equipped for ecommerce transactions at this time. If you require e-commerce/shopping cart functionality, there are no restrictions on e-commerce if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a free hosted WordPress.com blog.
