Can I opt out of the "Gutenberg" writing platform?

    Hello, I have paid up to get the “Premium” plan for the domain I’m using now.

    I also just started a new, free, blog for a Political Action Committee I’m heading up.

    However, having just started this new blog, I seem to be writing on foreign territory. I don’t get the whole structure of this–I assume is the “Gutenberg” structure.

    For example, on this current blog I can easily switch between “VISUAL” and “HTML”. This is important when I want to add PayPal buttons, which are in HTML code. I don’t see how to do this in the new format.

    Is there any simple way to go BACKWARDS to the original writing platform I have been using here for several years?
