Can I pay for a service to move an affiliate site to wordpress?

I have non-commercial wordpress blogs, but I am also building a site at http://www.hospitalessentials.com that will be an information AND affiliate site. As I build I realise it would be much easier to do this with WordPress and would happily move my domain across if I could find a way to do it without violating any rules.
I have a mac and limited technical skills so I’ve simply been unable to get the WordPress.org download to work for me. I think it would be silly of me to continue trying as I’d get stuck the first time something went wrong and my website would be in danger.
So my question is – can I pay to use WordPress online (at org. or .com) for a commercial site? To be clear, I want to use the online wordpress system to create and maintain an affiliate site. I’m happy to pay for it, but I can’t work out how to do it.
Can you help?
