I paid for a basic plan. It must have expired. I would be willing to pay for a renewal because I need help with my site, but I don’t know how to do that. I tried to upgrade, but the form wanted me to choose a new domain name. My website has no record of my purchases.

However, it sounds as if you are looking for another site, yes? Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

No, that website is the one I’m working with. I can access it on Safari, but not Firefox. I’m not using another provider.
I’ve gotten so frustrated because I don’t know how to insert a photo so that text will wrap around it. I could do that easily before WordPress moved to it’s new block system. I’ve looked at several tutorials, but the images don’t match what I’m seeing on my screen.
That’s why I’m thinking that, if I paid WordPress, maybe I could get more help for this issue and others.
But when I tried to upgrade my WordPress account, the form made me come up with a new domain name.
