Can I please arrange a refund for debit if a plan that I don’t want

    Hi, I have cancelled a purchase (annual word press plan) on your site today. Unfortunately there was an unexpected debited from my bank account yesterday prior to me cancelling the purchase on wordless site. Will a refund automatically be actioned or do I need to write to the WordPress support team to request the refund of the purchase debited from my account yesterday. Thank you

    I can see that you’ve already canceled the renewal, and a refund has been issued from our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    May I know what led you to cancel your subscription? It looks like your domain jackielouw.com is still pointing to WordPress.com nameservers, but it fails to load your site since the subscriptions were canceled.
