Can I please get some customer support

Why can’t I get some support from WordPress Customer Support? I submitted a post over 2-weeks ago and zero response. I need to urgently change the credit card attached to the account as the person left the organization over a year ago and our subscription renewal date is coming up. She got charged last year and I want to make sure it doesn’t happen again. This incredibly frustrating that WordPress does not have a simple way to respond to an issue and posting in a customer forum with the hope WordPress Support responds is an absolute joke!

It does indeed look like we responded to your previous thread here – however, just to clarify:
It looks like your site procarelearns.wpengine.com is hosted over at WPEngine, not WordPress.com. It’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site hosted by a different hosting company.
Here on the WordPress.com forums we’re able to provide support for WordPress.com sites – in this case, the best place to check would be with WPEngine support directly. They can be found right here: https://wpengine.com/support/
