Can I please have a mapped domain removed from wordpress account

Can I please have priorysouthsea.org completely removed from our wordpress domain list.
(priory-school.org)The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the upgrade.

Ok so even though I am a Administrator I cant request this?
If the person who set this up has left would I still have to get them
to request the deletion, or is there something else I can do if this is the
case?
Thanks -
I’m afraid so. Eventually it will just expire.
That said, is there a particular reason you want to remove the mapping upgrade? If you are trying to use the domain at another webhost, you don’t need to mess with the upgrade removal, you just need to change the domain’s nameservers to point to your new webhost.
If you are trying to use your WordPress.com site without the custom domain, you can just change your primary domain back to the ________.wordpress.com domain.

Do you mean like this?……
http://imgur.com/a/Skd5PThis was done about 4 days ago but if you use any DNS tool to see where “priorysouthsea” is pointing, wordpress is still holding every record… that’s why we need the mapping completely removed.
The only other account the upgrade would have been done on has also posted a request similar to mine, you can find that here as it is still unanswered…

I can see that as being frustrating, however. We do not control DNS updating as that domain is not registered here. FWIW, I do see that domain point to a non-WordPress.com site.
I would encourage you to talk to your registrar and ask them why the DNS change is not propagating properly.
