Can I please have my subscribers transferred from wordpress.com to my self host?

  I recently switched from wordpress.com to self hosted wordpress.org site. Can I please have my subscribers transferred to my new blog? kitchenjoyblog.com is my url (purchased through wordpress.com and now being forwarded to my new site).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am also trying to get my stats from my wordpress.com site into my Jetpack plugin on my new site. I haven’t been able to find any helpful information on how to do that. Could you please help me out with my stats also?

  I have tried and tried, and still am unable to find a way to get all of my kitchenjoyblog.wordpress.com info (stats, followers, blogs I follow, etc.) transferred to my wordpress.org site. Any assistance and insight would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi Mandy. We can transfer your subscribers/followers over, but you need to have the Jetpack plugin installed and the Subscriptions module enabled for us to do so. See the information here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/ and then let us know when you are ready for us to make the switch.

  As for stats, unfortunately they can’t be transferred between domains.

  It looks good to me! Thanks so very much! Do you know if my posts will show up in their Reader and still get email notifications? I thought I read somewhere that they no longer receive the notifications? Thanks for your help!

  Not everyone gets email notifications, since each person can choose what they want to receive. Some of your subscribers were by email and some were using the wordpress.com Reader, so they’ll continue to get notifications in whichever was their chosen format. You could put up a post letting your readers know that you’ve migrated their subscriptions from the old location, and ask them to let you know if they didn’t get their usual notification for the post.
