Can I post artwork that is framed and matted via software?

    The other day I downloaded some Picasa photography software that among other things allow me to frame and mat my photographs, which really makes a photo stand out, even to me colorblind as I am. I was able to post a framed photo on FaceBook yesterday but attempting to do so on WordPress, the photo uploaded but not the frame and mat.

    Am I doing something wrong or is this feature not yet capable on WordPress?
