    When I post a question here it just disappears.

    Are posts held for moderation here? If so, for how long?
    Shouldn’t questions just show up here after one hits the “submit” button?

    Thanks for the reply.

    I just (moments ago) posted a detailed question about using images hosted on external services. I do not see it (maybe it’ll pop up in a few minutes? Nope, 10 minutes later, it has simply vanished).

    The reason I posted it here is that I think it would be beneficial to have it clarified for future use by others – I bet I’m not the first (and won’t be the last) to have the question. I assume that there’s value to the company and end users in preserving Q & A items that’s beyond simply helping to answer the immediate question for a single user.

    Alas, that question seems to have vanished. V-e-r-y frustrating. There’s definitely something going on on your support forums where questions just vanish, I’ve had this happen several times. Not a great user experience in a Help environment, but I’ll leave that to you guys.

    No, I was not aware that live chat support was available (my expectations have been lowered sufficiently…).

    My question is pretty detailed and I suspect it will not be easily answerable via Chat by someone who is not very familiar with the issue (ie if chat support agents are reading from a script, which is common in the industry…) but I will give it a try and see how it goes.

    Well, I saw no option for any sort of Chat there.
    Dumped it into email and will see what happens – that’s probably better anyway, given the details (although 1-to-1 help is not very efficient for others – the whole point of a forum I think).
    Sigh.

  • Looks like your forum posts were getting sucked into the spam bucket for some reason. I have fished them out and deleted the duplicates.
