Can I post on my home page as well as another page at the same time?

  Basically, on my page (www.10stepstogreener.wordpress.com) I have a bunch of “rants”. The home page is getting really long. I read about “spliting” entries, but was wondering if there is a better solution. I guess ideally I would want the home page to have the most recent rant….and then all the other rants to be listed on a seperate page (right now they are just a catagory). Do I have to delete the rant from the home page and cut and paste it to a new page called “Rants” once it is not the most recent rant? Or is there a way to automatically move it from home page to the new page by “unchecking a box” or something?

  No this is not possible.
  If you do not like to split your content you can reduce the number of posts shown on each page:
  Dashboard => General => Reading => Blog pages show at most (Number) Posts
