Can I post on other pages other than “home”?

Hi, I made a page, called “part 1” on my blog, and I wanted a different post per chapter, and I couldn’t figure out how I make multiple posts on a page. It looks like a Page is just 1 blog, the only difference being, it’s not placed on Home. Is there a way to do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The custom menu feature can enable you to post things to different “pages” of your site. When you set up pages as categories you can direct content where you want it to go on your site.

The correct answer to this question is “no”. There is only one page we can post to in a blog. However, we can create the appearance of posting to more than one. The way this is done is by selecting a theme that has the custom menu feature.
Prior to selecting a theme with the custom menu feature It’s important to clearly comprehend the differences between pages and posts, and clearly understand how conventional blog structure works. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/05/12/better-blogging-at-wordpress-com-pages-and-posts/

There is also another structure we can use to create a “book”. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/write-a-book/
