can i post video on simfo template?

  i was looking to buy the SIMFO template, am i able to put video on that template as well? thanks for your time

  This is not a theme related issue. Regardless of the theme in use these are the video embeds that WordPress.com supports for all of our blogs – no upgrade required. http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/

  See here for the videopress upgrade which allows you to upload videos from your computer for hosting and playback directly within your blog.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/ But note that if you upload your own videos to youtube or fileden, etc. that you don’t need to purchase the upgrade.
