  Correct account: Yes

  Yes
  If you want your blog to be printable for yourself and others, add a sharing button
  Go to My Site->Tools->Marketing->Sharing Buttons->Edit visible sharing buttons->Add Print.
  You can enable/disable this and it will appear at the end of every page.

  Or do you want to print your whole blog as a book?

  Yes, i would like to turn my blog into a book I looked at two other sites and couldn’t get the cover and back cover into a format I wanted. I only want maybe 10 or 20 copies for friends and family. How can I make that happen before Christmas?

  There are lots of people offering that service. It’s not something WordPress itself offers, but try googling Print blog into a book or something related
  They offer the guides on what you need to do.
