Can I put all posts from certain catergories on thier own page?

  I am using a MYSQL database and my own domain to run a wordpress blog.

  I wonder if its possbile to create pages that have all the posts for different categories? eg, all the posts I make about my Morris Minor go straight onto the Morris Minor page?

  Any help gratefully recieved.
