can i put an flv file on a post?

  I want to upload a short video clip to a post.
  I find that quicktime files are problems for other users.
  So I want to uplad an flv file.
  On my (other) website, I upload it in a folder along with an html reference page and a flv player.
  What do I do at wordpress.
  I just want to insert it into my post. Thanks.
