  I want to put a ‘win a portrait’ competition on my blog

  Is it YOUR competition or someone else’s? If it’s someone else’s, are you getting compensated to post it in any way (eg free entries, cash, whatever)? If so, then you can’t post it. If you’re just going “hey, here’s a cool contest and I’m not getting paid to say so” then it’s fine.
