Can I put posts under pages other than my home page?

I cant post to a page other than the home page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No you cannot post to another page.
You can make posts, add categories to them, then use a custom menu so that the post-categories will appear in your navigation menu or in a custom menu widget. That will allow readers to find posts they are interested to read.
