Can I put videos into my blog without using money?

Hello, I have recently been making video tutorials for games and wanted to put them into my WordPress blog without paying money to do so. Unfortunately, I don’t have accounts for the social media sites i can embed the video from, so please help. Thanks!

The VideoPress upgrade allows you to upload videos from your computer for hosting and playback directly within your blog (or on another site you can designate). http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/ However, if you upload them to youtube or another supported video source site then you do not need the upgrade.
