Can I reactivate the previous theme I had?
-
I’d like to reactivate the previous theme my blog used. I don’t remember the name of it, but it was specialized, not one of the standard wordpress options. I would remember the name of it, if I saw it again. I accidentally activated a new theme (and have since tried some others) that I’m not happy with. Maybe I can retrieve a previous version of my blog from say…..2 months ago?

The name of the theme you had was either ‘Structure’ or ‘Duster’. Please try to active one of those and see which one you had.

Kardotim,
Thanks for responding so quickly. I did use both of those themes recently and for brief periods of time, but the one I ‘d like to reactivate I had used from about July/August 2009 to March 2011. As I said, I don’t think it’s a theme generally offered by wordpress.
Is there a way to recover a previous version of my blog with that theme?
Best regards,

Before Structure and Duster your site was using Benevolence. Is that perhaps the theme you’re looking for?
-
YES, that’s the one! Thanks Andrew. I found the description of it in the theme gallery, but it doesn’t show the actual theme.
Will it show up (and integrate all of my content) into it, if I click activate?
-
Yes, everything will be safely integrated.
Think of it as changing your clothes. I doesn’t change you as a person, just how you appear on the outside.
