Can I recover a post that was lost during restoring of a backup?

  I added a plugin that completely locked me from accessing the admin panel. So in my panick I restored a previous version of WP from my hosting provider. That created another problem, but anyway when I got it fixed I lost the posts that I had made in the period between my last backup and the restoring. Is there a way to get what I lost back or are they gone forever? I know one I can get back from cache, but the other was very recent when I added the plugin that destroyed my site and can’t find it in google cache.
