Can I recover an erased blog post??

  I must have accidentally erased a long post that I wrote yesterday. Is there anyway I can recover it?? I hardly feel like rewriting everything I just spent an hour on :(

  On the posts > all posts page, click the “trash” link and see if it is in there.
