Can I recover deleted bio?

  I deleted the bio for this blog a while ago – and I know it’s a long stretch but is there ANY way you can recover it for me?

  It should be possible to restore your bio. First, you could try restoring it from the trash. This link will show you how: http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash
  If that doesn’t work, WordPress.com allows you to restore the past 25 revisions that were made to a post. There’s a chance that your old bio will be in there. Visit this page for a thorough explanation: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-revisions/
