Can I recreate a site using my deleted domain?

  I wasn’t able to reset the template settings for my URL yihchang.wordpress.com, so i decided to delete it and recreate again. Then, now I realize I can’t reuse back the same URL after the delete.

  Can you please help to re-enable my URL?

  Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address (such as yourgroovysite.wordpress.com).
