Can I redirect individual blog posts from WP.com to WP.org?
-
I used WordPress.com for a few years but have recently got a domain and moved to self-hosted WordPress. I have moved all of the blog posts across to the new site but have noticed individual blog posts on the old blog are still being viewed. Can I set up redirects for individual blog posts on a WordPress.com site to a WordPress.org site?
This is the old blog: familydaystriedandtested.wordpress.com
This is the new site: familydaystriedandtested.comHere’s an example of the same content on both sites:

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

buy the site redirect and send all the traffic to the new site – $13.-/yr – one year should do it – then you can set the contents to Private and leave a single Post up that says “We have Moved” – with a click on link
that is the only automatic way to do things –
Or you can delete the content on individual posts and put a link in the post to the new address – but that is a lot of work – I did that for a small site that was moving to a plain html version – and took a while
