Can I redirect to a domain not hosted by WordPress?

I want to switch to Blogger while redirecting blog viewers to the other site because it is illegal for me to transfer the domain too quickly.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can point your domain to Blogger using the instructions on their support page here:

You can make those changes from Store > My Domains in your blog’s dashboard, using the “Edit Domain” button there. We have more details about how to make those domain changes on this page: Custom DNS

I am no longer interested in reusing the domain on Blogger. I want a site redirect. How do I do this?

You can purchase a Site Redirect upgrade from the Store page in your dashboard here:
https://jackieupcycles.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php
That will let you redirect visitors to your new blog without making any changes to the domain. Just let me know if you have any other questions about that!

Can I use the Site Redirect service from WordPress while using another domain name provider for my ending domain such as Bluehost?
