can i remove myself from a blog

  i started a new blog and i’m showing up as harrythehandyman as posting

  in users , can i delete myself , and then add myself again with a different email address and new name as admin

  i tried 5 or 6 times to get a new one but it just keeps saying please try again

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Adding a new name and E-mail, is basically adding a new WordPress.com account.
  You would need to create a new WordPress.com account.

  If you do this you not necessarily have to remove “harrythehandyman”( this way you can still see all your stats from “Harrythehandyman)

  you would simply log in, into your new account and profile to post on the new blog with the profile name.

  this is what i have tried to do get a new account with no mention of my other site or me from it

  Sign up for Another ‘Username’ (not for a blog) with different email id. Then sign in – using your present account and add <your new user name> as administrator via email. Now logout from your first account.

  Again log in using your new username & password.

  Go to Users.
  And Delete your old account from the list. All done.

  If you’re looking to change your email & public name only– you can do so , by editing “My Profile”.
