can I remove the 'captions' from the featured content area?
-
my theme on KesterArt.com and globetrotterinawheelchair.com : ‘Widely’ supports posts in the featured content area as a slideshow.. posts with the “featured” tag or a tag of my choice which is great.. however the captions/ the text in the posts in the slideshows are totally blocking the photos when viewing on tablets or smartphones.. can I remove the ‘captions’?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
If you enable the mobile-theme this should fix this. Please go to Appearance > Mobile in your Dashboard and select Yes to enable mobile theme. If you do that it should look like this in a mobile device:
This would be the easier way to have your captions visible in mobile/tablet devices as well as your site.
Let me know if you have any questions with this!

Hi.
I have enabled the mobile theme and I see what you mean. But I think you misunderstand. If you go to the frontage of the website there’s a slideshow running in the header.
When you look at a regular laptop it looks fine but when you look at a tablet or smartphone the text will cover or partly cover the photos running in the slideshow.
I wanted to attach a Photo here but I don’t see how I can?
But you should go to the frontpage as in http://www.kestetart.com on a mobile device: smartphone or tablet, and check out the slideshow in the header.
There you can see the photos almost covered from text.
Can I remove that text?
Thanks. -

Hi Kester!
I see that you made some edits to the CSS! In order to remove the captions on mobile, try adding this:
@media only screen and (max-device-width: 480px) { .theme-default .nivo-caption { display: none !important; } }Let me know if you have any questions!
