Can I renew on the day upgrades and domain expire?

  A former employee purchased the upgrade, so I was unable to renew it. I thought I could purchase a new one today, but the “buy now” button says I already have it .. help!

  Please advise! I am nervous that I will loose pages/domain, but still can’t purchase or renew the upgrade.

  If a former employee purchased the upgrade then you will need to ask them to transfer it to you. The user who purchased an upgrade is the person who owns it and we’re only able to make changes with their permission.

  They can also email us at [email protected] from the address which set up the account and we can get it taken care of.
