Can I reorder my posts?

I have made a series of “posts” but realized some are out of order. Is it possible to go back and re order them without deleting and redoing the posts?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, you can edit each one and chnage the datestamp in the publication module. Note that doing so means the former URLs to the posts will become 404 page not found as the date of publication is embedded into every post title.

    See:

What I provided above is relevant only for WordPress>COM blogs that have published content. This site http://etndt.wordpress.com/ does not have any published content so which site are you referring to? What is the URL?

the website is not live yet we are currently populating information. It’s a website one of the pages are “posts” which I assume function like a blog?

Volunteers cannot view private sites; only Staff can. We require the actual URL. Please post it here now.

The site is not live yet, I cannot give out the login credentials..

MH Theme Magazine is our theme. there is an option on the left of the wordpress editor called “Posts” when I make a new post is puts them in order of the date posted, I would like to chronologically order my posts (which are press releases) by the date the article was released on not the order in which I posted the article to my site.

    Can I reorder these posts?

Sorry but refusal to provide a URL means I cannot confirm where the site is hosted and provide relevant answers that relate to the site.

We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted blogs. We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG sites.

The only support docs that are relevant to wordpress.ORG software installs are found here https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

The only support docs that are relevant to WordPress.COM hosted blogs are found here http://support.wordpress.com

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins (passwords), features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there for help with your issue.

I cannot give out the login credentials

I am not asking for the login. I am asking for the URL starting with http://

There are 2 versions of that theme ie. of MH Magazine One version for WordPress.COM software and one for WordPress.ORG software. The answers differ depending on the software in use.
