Can I replace one wordpress address with another?

I have another WordPress address (looktowear.wordpress.com) which I want to use as the new address to replace the one I am currently using (stylewhatwear.wordpress.com). Is this possible?
I changed the name of my blog after I had added content. When I publicize posts it shows it as stylewhatwear.wordpress.com and confuses the reader when the blog is called LOOK to WEAR.

Since both addresses already exist, I think it will be little more complicated than just changing the name. I’ll tag this thread for staff assistance, in case the name swap is something that can be done by a Super Admin.
If, however that doesn’t work you could export your content from http://stylewhatwear.wordpress.com and import it into http://looktowear.wordpress.com. After that if you start blogging from http://looktowear.wordpress.com your goal should be achieved.

Lizthefair is correct. You cannot change the URL of a blog to another address that already exist as a site on WordPress.com. Your only option at this point would be to either change the existing blog to a new, unclaimed address, or to do an export/import as she explained.

Thank you both for your help on this topic, it’s much appreciated. It sounds as though my best bet is to do an export/import so I will give it a go and keep my fingers crossed. I will back up my images should I have to re-upload these.

If you decide to do this, I can move your followers for you. You will have to start over again with your site stats and you will see a drop in your search engine results, as raincoaster suggested.
