Can I report someone who is harassing me?

    How do I report harassment? There is a group of people who set up a shared e mail account so that they can harass me. They are all posting under the same name on my blog but their IP addresses are all different, and they’ve admitted that they are a group of people who are just harassing me. Is there any recourse on Word Press, can they be blocked or banned somehow? This is a planned and calculated cyber attack, cyber bullying.

    Dashboard >> Settings >> Discussion >> you can blacklist the email address or other distinctive identifying traits (but not IP, as they are not unique)

    That will send the comments to the spam Que, you will still need to clear the Que but that should help a bit

    If they are emailing you, that’s not a WP.com issue and we can’t help. You may wish to go to law enforcement, if what they’re doing rises to the level of criminal harassment. And you may wish to report them to their email provider, who can verify your IP claims.
