Can I reset my wordpress.com blog to its default settings?

I can’t get my website to work properly and I’d like to reset and start over.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There’s no option of resetting to default settings that I know of short of starting a brand new blog at a new address.
What you can do is empty your blog of all content, but that won’t reset your theme or any customizations you may have made.
