Can I reset to default settings?

  The static option has been taken away from Settings>>Reading

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The static front option cannot show up when you don’t have any pages.

  Yes I have 2 pages

  Then the are drafts or private: they have to be published and public.
