Can I restore blog to previous date?

Help needed urgently!
I am an author of children’s books. I created a WordPress.com blog over 6 years called ONCE THERE WAS AND TWICE THERE WASN’T. The web address is http://www.blog.seantaylorstories.com .
After several month of inactivity, I tried to post something on my blog this week. But the blog has disappeared. I did not delete any of the content. But all images and all but two old posts have vanished.
I am very saddened by this as I had put many hours of work into design and upkeep of the site and was a useful way of connecting with my readers.
It’s a mystery to me what has happened.
Does anyone know a way I can restore my blog to a previous date?

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by names.co.uk. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
