Can i restore my website?

is this possible to restore my old website, which i’ve before deleted?
The url address if still free hotelikdlapsow.wordpress.com, but i can’t even to register it again. Why?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you deleted your site, it was very clearly indicated you would never be able to use that domain again. A deleted site can be restored within 30 days after deletion, so let’s wait for help from a Staff member.

Ok, i undestand, but this domain is till now still free and available, why i can’t to register it again?

When a site has been deleted, its address will become permanently unavailable.
We inform you about this during the deletion process.As my colleagues have mentioned above, you won’t be able to reuse the address ever again.
You can, however, register a custom domain without the.wordpress.compart. You can do that with any of our paid plans without any additional charges during the first year:
