Can I retrieve a site/blog that has been transfered to the wrong user?

Hello there, I am not a programmer nor an advanced user and made a big mistake.
I built a little site/blog with a theme and transferred it to an account username that I thought existed.
I was under the impression that a website, which is build with WordPress, had a subscription plan with WordPress and as I got a admin-user access there I transferred my site/blog thinking it would appear there.
I clicked confirm transfer and it seems as the site has be transferred to nowhere.
It seems to still exist although it hasn’t been published as it states ‘coming soon’ when I visit the domain.Can anyone tell me if the official WordPress support team can or will help me retrieve my site/blog if I subscribe to a paid plan like ‘premium’ for example?

Do you own (and have access to) the account kristinmaria that was created 10 years ago. If so then log out here and log in to that account. Or have you transferred your site to someone else?

I unfortunately don’t have access to that account and I don’t know which e-mail address the username “kristinmaria” it is attached to. Can I find out which e-mail adress it is?
I misunderstood and thought I was transferring the site/blog to my access as user to a webpage built with WordPress where my username is “kristinmaria”.
Is it otherwise possible to retrieve the site?
