Can I retrieve the Home and About on the menus page?

  I think I have figured out how to make a custom menu. However, in my exploration of this topic I seem to have erased what was originally there, namely “home” and “about” and I want to start over with making the menu I will use on the site. How can I get these back so I can start over? Thanks in advance for helping me with this.

  It looks like you have deleted the pages.

  THey’re currently in the Trash sub-section of the Pages section of your blog’s Dashboard.
