Can I return to an unresolved Forum thread?

I was trying to get back a post that took me a long time to compose and have edited many times. I tried to add an audio file and lost all the substantive text.
I was given a link to the required restore by a staff member but every time I tried to get the edit window info in the blog itself I failed.
I need somebody to dig it out ifn at all possible. It looks as though it has to be done by a monitor or moderator.
I’d be most obliged as it is the most important post in my site, the one I have worked on the hardest.
Thanks. It is 7.15 am in England I I am not going to bed until this is put right if at all possible.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This query refers back to a thread begun with the question “Can I revert to a previous version of a post following a vital editing mistake?” which, though it provided a useful link to the post I wanted to restore,my blog aite refused to accept it back into the blog proper.
In short, I became stuck, going round in circles, with what appeared resolvable but so far was not resolvable.
I tried cancelling browser history, cookies etc, to no avail.
I so want my revised post back plus an explanation of what I may have done wrongly which caused the apparent text loss.
