  We WordPress.com bloggers cannot access metadata and insert any code at all. This is a multiuser blogging platform and that’s not possible here.

  I think there is no insertion any code.
  There is: Enter your website, sign in, accept terms and review&place order.
  Maybe there is between these options but I have to ask first?

  Whatever you do at Alexa is not an issue that we deal with here. We deal with only WordPress.com support issues here.
