Can I run third party ads on my own domain

I recently upgraded to an own domain (http://sweettutos.com) and was wondering if I can plan to put google ads banners or other third party banners since now I am owning the domain.

There is no blogger initiated advertising allowed and that includes paid or sponsored content and ad banners.
There is a single advertising program called WordAds, which you can read more about here: http://wordads.co/ But as I said above advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed. For full details, please see:
