Can I save posts to my computer?

  I’d like to be able to save all my posts (from both my blogs) to my computer so I can access them offline. Is there a simple (or hard) way to do this?

  We only offer an export file: https://wordpress.com/support/export/

  It won’t be an offline viewable archive though, it’s designed to be imported to other WordPress sites or sites which support the format.

  Hello Macmanx –

  Thanks very much for your assistance. It sounds like I’ll just have to continue to copy and paste them into Open Office one by one like I’ve been doing. It’s rather tedious but it seems to work, except for the photo galleries. They get wonky, but single photos copy nicely. A lesson for future posts!
