  Can I sell ad space on my blog through Adsella or any other program?
  Does WordPress have a Pay-per-click program like Google adsense?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Absolutely not! Your blog will be suspended. No paid content, no sponsored content, no MLM and no PPC are allowed.
