Can I Sell My Blog?

  Hi there guys, I have been offerd some money for my blog. I signed up and made it about 3 months ago on here and now one of my readers wants to buy it. So Am I allowed to sell it to him? If so how do I do it? He said he will pay though paypal, do I just give him the sign in details, Once he has paid? Thanks Tutorialguy!
