  I want to set up my site to sell handmade jewelry. Is this possible? Complete with a shopping cart, paypal or Square payment options.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you can! I recommend looking into WooCommerce: https://woocommerce.com/features/

  It is also an Automattic product like WordPress, and is made to integrate as seamlessly as possible with WordPress.com.
