Can I set "Paste as text" to permanent?

  whilst making new posts i get all sorts of colour codes and span style codes added to pasted text unless i click “paste as text” and i never used to have to do this, as of yesterday, but now it seems i have to every time i do a new post? does that sound right? is there a permanent setting or has it got a bug? because it says:

  “Paste is now in plain text mode. Contents will now be pasted as plain text until you toggle this option off.”

  but it doesnt stay like that and i dont turn it off..
