Can I set up a blogroll that is separate on my different blogs?

Hello. I recently introduced blogging as an assignment in one of my college courses. To manage the 48 new blogs I now have to keep up with, I set up a new blog for my role as a professor. However, when I went to add the reader widget, all the other blogs from my “other life” are there. I’m trying to keep them separate so I don’t confuse them with what I have to review and grade. Is this possible?
