Can I set up a WordPress blog so that it can be edited by two different people?

I’m creating a collaborative blog that has to be edited and administrated from two different geographical locations by two different people. How do I do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you’d like to invite others to publish posts or help approve comments on your blog, you can invite them to be a Contributor, Editor, or Author. If you want users to receive updates each time you publish new content you can invite them to be a follower/viewer.

Thanks timethief! I’ll explore the administrator-creates-administrator task and see how that works. I appreciate your time. An FYI for WordPress: all user types in the page you referred me to are links *except Administrator. Why? UX bummer.

Exactly! This is the page where “create more administrators,” ideally situated to be a link to the page where that is described, is plain text. Thanks again. As I said above, I’ll try the a-creates-a loop. If it doesn’t work, I’ll ask again.
