Can I set up authentication through Google Authenticator again?

    All of this two-step security stuff is awesome as long as you have the same mobile device you’ve always had. Replace it and you’re in for some inconvenience.

    I can’t seem to get back to using Google Authenticator for authenticate my WordPress account. Can you help me do that, please? I still have two-step auth active, but am having to rely on having codes sent via SMS.

    Hi there,

    I definitely understand. This happened to me before as well. What worked for me was completely disabling it and re-enabling it. Have you tried that? Take a look at this guide:
